At Lewin & Gavino, our refund policy is straightforward.

All payments, including deposits, trials, event fees, coaching, or course payments, are non-refundable.

First, as an insurance broker with over 30 years of experience, I offer digital products and training courses that are delivered immediately upon purchase. These courses are designed to share my decades of expertise and insight in Medicare and insurance planning, alongside hands-on guidance and support. Unlike physical products, digital content and the knowledge shared cannot be returned once accessed.

 

Second, I understand firsthand how easy it is to second-guess decisions, especially when venturing into something unfamiliar or challenging. It’s common to hesitate, wondering if you truly need this or if you can continue trying to navigate the complexities on your own.

 

But by enrolling in this course, you've made a commitment to yourself—to simplify the process of choosing the best insurance plan and learning how to enroll successfully.

 

Just like purchasing a ticket to a concert or a sporting event, once the decision is made, there is no refund simply because plans changed, or schedules shifted. You’ve made the choice to invest in your future, and I’m here to ensure you follow through on that commitment.
